The Customs Authority has announced the transfer of motorcycle registration procedures to the General Traffic Department.

This decision, effective December 1, 2024, aims to streamline the process for citizens and reduce hurdles on them as well.

The move is in line with directives from the leadership to improve public services and ease the burden on citizens, particularly in the context of the ongoing aggression on Yemen.

The transfer aims to simplify procedures for both new and used motorcycles.

The Customs Authority emphasized its commitment to facilitating citizen services and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
