The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Ibb University, in cooperation with Al-Thawra Teaching Hospital Authority, launched on Wednesday the clinical exams for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for students of the second batch of the medicine and surgery program.
At the inauguration, the university president, Dr. Nasr Al-Hujaili, stressed that the clinical exams are an important indicator to assess the performance level to reach outputs that meet the needs of the country. He urged to continue efforts to develop the educational process and provide an ideal environment that prepares students to face future challenges.
For his part, the College of Medicine and Health Sciences Dean, Dr. Bashir Al-Amawi, praised the cooperation of the leadership and staff of Al-Thawra Teaching Hospital and their keenness to harness all available resources to serve the college's students.
He praised the efforts of the external evaluation committee, represented by Dr. Yasmin Al-Harazi from Sana'a University, Dr. Samira Al-Khalidi from Taiz University, and the members of the internal evaluation committee.
