The Joint Meeting Parties on Monday congratulated the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi, the President and members of the Supreme Political Council and the Yemeni people in the north and south on the 61st anniversary of the glorious 14 October Revolution, which liberated the south from the British colonialist and drove it out humiliated.
A statement said: The free Yemeni people are able today to expel the new invaders, whether Saudi or Emirati, and those who stand behind them, and liberate the land from their abomination after they have wreaked havoc in it and plundered its wealth.
He added: ‘It is important to learn from the lessons accumulated by the 14th of October Revolution and that the people are always the strongest and most capable of confronting any colonialism, no matter how strong, powerful and mighty it is, in any part of Yemen's land.
