Ibb - SABA:
The fourth expanded meeting of scholars and preachers in Ibb Governorate was held today under the slogan: "The Nation’s Responsibility in Confronting the Zionists and Americans, Supporting Gaza, and Blessing the Victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
The meeting was attended by Judge Abdulrahman Al-Nazili, head of the governorate’s Appeals Prosecution, and Abdulfattah Ghallab, head of mobilization in Ibb. Participants emphasized the importance of Muslim unity and standing firmly in support of their brethren in Gaza, declaring their backing for the Islamic Republic of Iran in its confrontation against Zionist-American aggression.
They condemned the continued silence of Arab and Islamic regimes and peoples in the face of the genocidal war, systematic starvation, and brutal massacres in Gaza, particularly the Zionist use of aid distribution centers as traps to target and kill Palestinians—a stain on humanity’s conscience.
A statement issued by the gathering asserted that Arab and Islamic inaction has enabled the continuation of Zionist genocide in Gaza, emboldening the enemy entity to commit further atrocities.
The statement denounced the billions of dollars paid by some Gulf regimes to Trump as "treason against the Ummah" and funding for America’s war on the axis of resistance and jihad, while also condemning the U.S. aggression against Iran.
Scholars and preachers celebrated Iran’s victory over the Zionist entity, which suffered a humiliating defeat, exposing its fragility and weakness—proving it can be eradicated if the Muslim world unites against it.
The statement praised the honorable stance of Yemen’s revolutionary leadership, armed forces, and people in solidarity with Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran—rooted in faith-based identity and moral principles.
Sheikh Saleh Al-Khoulani, a member of the Yemeni Scholars Association, highlighted the steadfast positions of Ibb’s scholars and people alongside the revolutionary leadership and Supreme Political Council through all challenges.
He urged continued meetings to unify ranks and strengthen social cohesion against Zionist aggression, backed by the U.S. and Europe.
Several speeches during the event stressed the urgency of mobilizing popular resistance against the conspiracies targeting the Ummah, calling on scholars and preachers to rally the masses and unify efforts.
The gathering concluded with calls for Islamic scholars and nations to launch a popular movement to counter the existential threats facing the Muslim world.
