A meeting convened on Monday at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, led by Deputy Minister Nabeeh Abu Shusaa, focused on strategies to resume Amran International Stadium project.
During the session, Sami al-Waqidi from the implementing company provided insights into the project’s status.
Deputy Minister Abu Shusaa heard from Ministry's Projects Director Eng. Ahmed al-Tuwaiti, who detailed the project's components, the current level of completion, and the factors that led to its suspension since the onset of the Saudi-American aggression.
The Deputy Minister emphasized the need to incorporate the necessary studies for project completion into the Ministry's plan for the last quarter of 2024, highlighting the project’s strategic significance in advancing sports activities, enhancing football standards in the province and fostering a new generation of qualified players for national teams.
