The head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Dr. Marwan Al-Mahakri, inspected on Monday the judicial workflow in the First Commercial Appeals Division, the Commercial Court of First Instance, and the East Capital Secretariat Court.
Judge Dr. Al-Mahakri listened to the head of the First Commercial Appeals Division, Judge Dr. Abdulaziz Najmuddin, the head of the Commercial Court of First Instance, Judge Khaled Al-Athouri, the head of the East Capital Secretariat Court, Judge Ahmed Al-Shami, and the directors of the Commercial Appeals Division, Mohammed Zafour and the Commercial Court of First Instance, Ammar Al-Wazir, about the work mechanisms, the level of case completion, job discipline, the most important needs , difficulties and ways to address them.
He also listened to an explanation about the level of judicial work and the automation system used in the court sessions during the consideration of cases and hearing the testimony of witnesses remotely through a special electronic window "Skype" system to facilitate litigation procedures and achieve prompt and speedy justice.
The judge urged Dr. Al-Mahakri to redouble efforts to improve the performance level, speed up the adjudication of disputes, enforce the law, and achieve justice for those who seek it.
