Social media circulated images of a large-scale Palestinian flag flying over on Monday the Williamsburg Bridge in Brooklyn, New York.
The Williamsburg Bridge, which connects Manhattan to Brooklyn, witnessed the protests against the Zionist war on Gaza Strip that took place in the United States last year under the title "Close it (the bridge) for Palestine," and dozens of participants were arrested.
The police arrested a number of students participating in the demonstration, in which they emphasized their demand that the university cut all ties with companies associated with the Zionist entity.
In the spring of this year, American universities, led by Columbia University, witnessed widespread protests denouncing the violations of the Zionist army and pressuring the university to withdraw its financial investments from companies and institutions that support the Zionist enemy entity.
