JENIN September 04. 2024 (Saba)- The United Nations (UN) said that the Zionist enemy army has denied a UN assessment mission access to the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
In his daily press conference last night, UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said that the loss of Palestinian lives has increased as a result of the Israeli army's use of "lethal methods of warfare."
He added that checkpoints blocking access to the West Bank have affected humanitarian aid, and that the entry of ambulances and medical teams has been delayed for a week.
Dujarric pointed out that the United Nations is closely following developments in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, noting that "developments are going in the wrong direction."
For the eighth consecutive day, the occupation army continues its aggression in the northern occupied West Bank, the largest since 2002, which included several cities, and left dozens of martyrs, wounded, and detainees.
