GAZA September 01. 2024 (Saba) — Ten Palestinians were martyred and dozens injured on Sunday due to ongoing Zionist enemy shelling across various areas in the Gaza Strip.
The attacks primarily targeted the southern and central regions, including a school housing displaced individuals.
Local sources reported that enemy aircraft struck al-Mawasi area west of Khan Yunis, killing three and injuring several.
Abu Halawa area east of Rafah was also bombarded, resulting in the martyrdom of two individuals.
Further shelling by enemy artillery hit east of al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip, where one person was martyred and others were injured.
In a separate attack, enemy aircraft targeted Safad School in al-Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, which was housing displaced people.
This assault resulted in the martyrdom of four individuals and injuries to others.
The school had been evacuated following threats of further bombing.
Civil defense teams are still working to retrieve bodies and assist the wounded as enemy forces continue their assault on Gaza from land, sea, and air, which has persisted since October 7, causing extensive casualties and destruction of infrastructure.
