JENIN August 31. 2024 (Saba) - The Palestinian Red Crescent on Saturday said the Zionist enemy forces prevented ambulance crews from taking two martyrs to hospital after reaching them inside Jenin camp.
The Palestinian news agency quoted Red Crescent spokesman Ahmed Jibril as saying that the occupation forces were forced by ambulance crews to evacuate the place, stressing that the crews were also prevented for the third time from transporting two injuries since dawn, despite prior coordination with the Red Cross.
On Saturday, the Israeli occupation forces erected a military checkpoint south of Bethlehem.
According to a security source, the Israeli occupation forces set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Manshiyya in the south, searched the vehicles of citizens and checked their identities.
In a separate context, the Israeli occupation forces fired smoke canisters at civilians and their vehicles at Al-Nashash checkpoint in the south, but no injuries were reported.
