GAZA August 31. 2024 (Saba) - The mujahedeen of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement in Palestine, on Saturday sniped a "Zionist" soldier in the Zeitoun neighborhood south of Gaza City.
"Our mujahedeen managed to snipe a Zionist soldier in the vicinity of the saqqallah mosque on Totah Street south of the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, the Quds Brigades said in a brief statement.
For its part, the Zionist website Hadshotzaman acknowledged the incident by saying: "In Gaza, an Israeli soldier was seriously injured by a sniper's bullet.
It is worth mentioning that in recent days, the Zeitoun neighborhood has witnessed fierce battles between the Palestinian resistance and the Israeli occupation army with various types of weapons, while the resistance carried out many ambushes using explosive devices against the enemy army, which caused many dead and wounded in its ranks.
