SANA'A August 31. 2024 (Saba) - Sana'a Governor Abdul Basit Al-Hadi inspected on Saturday the new headquarters of the Sana'a Governorate Electricity Region, in the governorate center.

During the visit and meeting with the region's leadership and directors of departments, Governor Al-Hadi was briefed on the mechanism of work the level of performance of the region in providing services to citizens, and the extent to which the service keeps pace with the needs of citizens as required.

He listened to the director of the region in the province, Ghazi Ahmed Ali, and his deputy, Ibrahim Rafiq, to an explanation of the performance indicators in the rehabilitation of the electricity network in the center of the governorate, and the success achieved in the path of expansions witnessed by the region during the last period.

They valued the visit of the Governor to touch the situation and assess the extent of benefit from the services it provides, and the efforts to keep pace with the requirements of development and expansion of this service, indicating that the next phase will witness further development of the technical, financial and administrative aspects.

The Governor praised the efforts made by the leadership of the region and all its employees, in improving the service, and their keenness to expand it in line with the qualitative transformations to develop the service and overcome access to it.

He explained that his visit comes within the framework of the local authority's interest in reconnecting electricity service to citizens and alleviating their suffering after a long interruption due to aggression and siege, stressing keenness to provide the needs of the region and overcome the difficulties that hinder the progress of work in it.

He urged the region's leadership to continue improving services and to continue strengthening efforts to cover all cities of the province with electricity.
