SANA'A August 27. 2024 (Saba) - Finance Minister Abdul-Jabbar Ahmed Mohamed stressed the importance of security awareness towards information within the framework of the job duties of workers in state institutions.
During the introductory seminar for administrative leaders in the Ministry of Finance on the duties and responsibilities of the public employee, the seriousness of espionage and defense violation, he pointed to the importance of the seminar in introducing the ministry's leaders to dealing with various security conditions and developing their skills and capabilities in the security aspect.
He pointed out that the seminar contributes to knowing the classification of information, the scope and level of its circulation, and creating awareness among state men and officials to avoid polarization. He stressed the importance of participating in these seminars, especially since the enemy has been targeting the Yemeni people for decades, which was shown by the confessions that were broadcast to spy cells.
The Minister of Finance pointed out that the enemy is working to collect information from several parties and institutions link them together reach an integrated perception, and use that information to harm the Yemeni people. He pointed out that the employee is considered a soldier on the economic front that the enemy sought to target through monopoly and the creation of repeated crises.
He stressed the continuation of holding seminars to include all employees of the ministry, its sectors, and offices to raise the awareness of its employees, build themselves, and enhance their capabilities.
The two-day seminar targets the leaders of the Ministry of Finance, including undersecretaries, assistant undersecretaries and general managers, while it will be followed by awareness lectures for all employees in the various sectors of the ministry.
