HAJJAH August 18. 2024 (Saba) – A significant tribal meeting took place on Sunday in Hajjah countryside district, chaired by province undersecretary Mohammed al-Qadi.
The gathering focused on the vital role of the community in bolstering security efforts to ensure public tranquility.
The meeting, attended by Security Director Brigadier General Hassan Al-Qasimi and Shaif Abu Salem, Director of the General Authority for Tribal Affairs branch, underscored the importance of collaboration between sheikhs, dignitaries, and social leaders in addressing societal issues and supporting security initiatives.
Brig. Gen. al-Qasimi highlighted the need for enhanced coordination between local communities and security forces to combat crime, establish security, and counter aggression's attempts to disrupt societal harmony and incite tribal conflicts.
In response, community leaders reaffirmed their commitment to supporting security services in maintaining order, combating criminal activities, and preparing for military readiness against perceived external threats.
They emphasized their readiness to contribute to efforts aimed at strengthening internal cohesion and ensuring stability.
