HAVANA August 13. 2024 (Saba) - Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla warned that the bombing of Yemeni cities by the United States and its allies could escalate the conflict in the Middle East.
According to what was reported by Al-Mayadeen today, Tuesday, Rodríguez said: "We insist that the way to end the conflict is to end the Zionist genocide in Gaza and establish a Palestinian state."
Last April, the Cuban Foreign Minister had warned of the continuation of the joint "attacks" launched by the United States and Britain against Yemen.
The aggression came amid desperate attempts to "deter Sana'a" from supporting the Palestinians.
Despite the repeated attacks on Yemeni territory, which resulted in the deaths of a number of martyrs after Yemen joined the "Al-Aqsa Flood", the Yemeni armed forces continue to target Zionist targets in the occupied Palestinian territories, the most prominent of which was targeting the Jaffa drone to "Tel Aviv".
In parallel with its operations against Zionist targets in the occupied Palestinian territories, the Yemeni armed forces imposed a deterrence equation at sea, by targeting ships sailing towards the ports of the Zionist enemy.
