BAGHDAD August 12. 2024 (Saba) -Member of the Iraqi State of Law coalition on Monday called on the Parliament's foreign relations committee and the government to adopt certain solutions for riot seen by northern part of Iraq.
The committee needs to exert pressures on the government to adopt solution for what is happening north Iraq, and to reveal for the public any undeclared security deals between the two sides, Amran Karkoosh said in remarks to 'Ma'alouma' agency.
The Turkish penetration in the north can "only be curbed by efforts of the Iraqi security services that will impose control over Iraq-Turkey borders," he added, amid "efforts exerted by political powers on the government to put an end to this suspicious disregard."
