SANA'A August 10. 2024 (Saba) - The Presidential decree of the Supreme Political Council No. (11) of 1446 AH was issued, assigning Ahmed Ghaleb Nasser Al-Rahwi to form the government of change and construction. The following is its text:
After reviewing the Constitution of the Republic of Yemen.
And the political agreement signed on 07/28/2016 between Ansar Allah , their allies , the General People's Congress and its allies.
The announcement issued on 08/06/2016 forming the Supreme Political Council.
And the Supreme Political Council Resolution No. (1) of 2016 regarding defining the Council’s tasks and competencies.
And Law No. (3) of 2004 regarding the Council of Ministers.
In view of the current circumstances and the requirements of the supreme national interest.

Article (1) Professor Ahmed Ghaleb Nasser Al-Rahwi is assigned to form the government of change and construction.
Article (2) This decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
