MOSCOW August 08. 2024 (Saba) - Russian spacemen have tested new device used to secure telecom and data transfer between stations and spacecraft, the Russian media said on Thursday.

The new KL121/122TS device, recently installed on Soyuz MS-25, was tested, media quoted Oleg Kononinco, as the systems this device operates with will be used in ROS station and spaceships which Russia will use in the future.

The device can receive TV signs from ships approaching the station, and receive and send data needed for spacecraft to fly, attach and detach from the station, he added.
