HAJJAH August 03. 2024 (Saba) – The Women’s Cultural Committee in Hajjah province on Saturday organized demonstrations to support Gaza and show solidarity with Palestinian prisoners.
Events, held in Najrah, Washha, al-Tawf, Qafl Shammar, Bani al-Shamakh, al-La'i, Bani Majmal, al-Meftah, and Beit al-Maghribi area, were in response to the call from martyr Ismail Haniyeh.
Participants condemned the ongoing siege and atrocities in Gaza, as well as the targeting of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hezbollah leader Fouad Shukr.
The participants criticized the lack of Arab and international response to these actions and highlighted the brutal treatment of Palestinian prisoners.
They reaffirmed support for the Palestinian people and their resistance, calling for continued jihad for the sake of God to confront the enemy and support the Palestinian cause, including the defense of al-Aqsa Mosque.
Additionally, the Women’s Cultural Authority in Washha and Beit al-Maghribi commemorated the anniversary of Imam Zaid’s martyrdom with events emphasizing his struggle, courage, and values.
The events aimed to renew commitment to the principles of faith and support for Gaza.
