BAYADA August 03. 2024 (Saba) - Al Bayda Province witnessed on Saturday massive events and vigils in response to the martyred leader Ismail Haniyeh call under the slogan "World Day of Rage to Support Gaza and Solidarity with the Prisoners".
The participants in the events and stands that were held in the directorates, schools and Al Bayda University, led by Al Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris, Al Bayda University President Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami, the province's representatives, local and executive leaders, raised the Palestinian , Yemeni flags and pictures of the martyr Ismail Haniyeh, and chanted slogans denouncing the crimes of the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people.
They also condemned the assassination of the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, leader Ismail Haniyeh, and leader Fouad Shukr.
A statement issued by the sit-ins confirmed support for the practical steps of the resistance axis to respond to the crimes of the Zionist enemy.. Expressing condolences to the Arab and Islamic nation for the martyrdom of leaders Ismail Haniyeh and Fouad Shukr.
He condemned the violations and crimes that Palestinian prisoners are subjected to in the prisons of the Zionist enemy, which are shameful to humanity.
The statement reiterated that Jihad is the only solution for the nation to confront the criminal enemy until its demise.. denouncing the failure of Arab and Islamic governments to fulfill their responsibility in supporting the Palestinians and their prisoners.
It called for exposing the criminal Zionist entity, and the false headlines that the West brags about about human rights and prisoners.. calling on the treasonous regimes that have prisoners from the Palestinian resistance movements to release them and not participate in the enemy's crimes.
The statement stressed the continuation of the Yemeni people's firm position in supporting the Palestinians until the aggression stops and the siege on Gaza is lifted.
