TEHRAN August 03. 2024 (Saba) - The Iranian Revolutionary Guards have released new details about the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of Hamas.
In their third statement on the incident, they described the attack as a terrorist operation conducted by the Zionist entity.
According to the statement, the attack involved launching a short-range projectile from outside the guest residence area, equipped with a seven-kilogram warhead, which caused a powerful explosion.
The statement, reported by the Iranian Tansim News Agency, accuses the Zionist entity of planning and executing the attack with support from the US government.
The Revolutionary Guards vowed that revenge for Haniyeh's martyrdom is inevitable, warning that the Zionist entity will face severe punishment at an appropriate time, place, and manner.
