SANA'A August 03. 2024 (Saba) - The Telecommunications and Post Sector organized on Saturday a stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people entitled "Steadfast and in solidarity with the Palestinian prisoners in the prisons of the criminal Zionist enemy."

In the vigil attended by the Minister of Communications and Information Technology in the caretaker government, Eng. Misfer Al-Numair, the participants in the vigil condemned the treacherous assassination of the martyr Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh by the Zionist entity, stressing their solidarity with the Palestinian cause, and their firm position towards restoring all stolen Palestinian rights and ending the occupation.

The participants chanted slogans in support of the battle of the Al-Aqsa flood. They condemned the brutal crimes carried out by the Israeli entity against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The sit-in was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Communications for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Ahmed Al-Mutawakel, Executive Director General of PTC Eng. Sadiq Musleh, and Director General of the General Post Organization Ammar Wahan, in a statement issued by the vigil denounced what Palestinian prisoners are subjected to in the prisons of the criminal Zionist enemy, where they live the most severe and difficult suffering at the hands of the Zionist entity in front of the eyes and ears of the world.

The statement stressed the continuation of the path of jihad for the sake of Allah, which is the only solution for the nation to confront this criminal enemy, condemning the inaction of most Arabic and Islamic governments towards the genocide that the Palestinian people have been subjected to for more than ten months, calling on the Islamic peoples and all the free people of the world to play their role and duty in support of the Palestinian people.
