TEHRAN July 28. 2024 (Saba) - The head of the organizing committee of the Physics Olympiad announced on Sunday that Iran secured fourth place in the International Physics Olympiad, following China, Russia, and Romania.
The Iranian team achieved this by winning one gold medal and four silver medals.
Tasnim International News Agency quoted the head of the organizing committee, who stated that Iran’s impressive performance resulted in their fourth-place ranking at the 54th Physics Olympiad.
The event was held at Isfahan University of Technology and saw the participation of over 200 students from 47 countries.
