KUALA LUMPUR July 28. 2024 (Saba) –Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed that the complete destruction of Hamas, which is a condition set by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for a ceasefire, is an unrealistic and impossible goal, adding that a ceasefire in Gaza remains out of reach.

This came in press statements made by Lavrov after his visit to Malaysia on Sunday.

The Russian minister said: "There are still no prospects for stopping this bloodshed.
