SANA'A July 27. 2024 (Saba) - The leadership of Shabwa Governorate, the local authority and the executive office in the governorate mourned Brigadier General Abdul Rab Al-Hajri Mohsen Alawi Al-Mihdhar, former Director of Security of Shabwa Governorate, who passed away on Saturday after a life full of giving in the service of the country.
The obituary statement, a copy of which was received by Saba, praised the honorable national roles of the deceased Al-Mihdhar in the face of the US, Saudi-Emirati aggression, and worked with dedication and integrity in the national tasks assigned to him, the latest of which was Director of Security of Shabwa Governorate.
The statement pointed out that the deceased represented during his life the honorable model for all the sons of Yemen in courage, sacrifice, sincerity, defending the homeland and confronting enemies.
Shabwa Governor Awad Mohamed al-Awlaki noted the prominent role of Brigadier General Al-Hajri in confronting aggression on the fronts of pride and dignity, as he had an honorable role in strengthening the fronts and supporting the steadfastness of the Yemeni people in the battle to defend Yemen, sovereignty and independence.
He stressed that the death of the deceased represented a great loss for Shabwa governorate and Yemen in general, for his honorable positions in the service of his country, society and nation.
Governor Al-Awlaki expressed his sincere condolences and great sympathy to the family of the deceased, his brothers, his family, the Alawi Al-Mihdhar family and all the people of the province.
