SANA'A July 27. 2024 (Saba) - A scientific workshop began at Sana'a University to update and develop postgraduate programs at the University's College of Education "First Phase - Master's Programs".
At the opening, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Ali Sharaf Al-Din stressed the importance of updating the description of postgraduate programs in accordance with the requirements of rapid developments in the curriculum and in harmony with the faith identity and in accordance with the university's mission.
In turn, the Dean of the Faculty of Education at Sana'a University, Dr. Saad Al-Alawi, stated that the workshop discusses the mechanism for updating and developing the college's postgraduate programs in accordance with academic accreditation standards and international accreditation requirements, and assisting the college's deanship in developing development plans and providing the requirements that ensure the achievement of the outcomes.
The Dean of the University’s Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Dr. Hoda Al-Imad, considered workshop holding a qualitative and advanced step towards updating and developing postgraduate programs in accordance with national academic reference standards and in harmony with the faith identity, leading to the preparation of a correct scientific subject teacher free of misconceptions and contributing to raising student’s level capabilities scientifically, skillfully and mentally.
