SANA'A July 27. 2024 (Saba) - A workshop on "Evaluation and Development of Performance of University Requirements Teachers" organized by the Cultural Requirements Unit at the University began at Sana'a University.
The three-day workshop aims to develop and evaluate the performance of cultural requirements teachers at the university, identify modern teaching methods and means according to faith and educational standards, and how to easily and conveniently convey correct concepts and information to students, and review moral competencies and prevent soft war.
At the opening of the workshop, the head of the Cultural Requirements Unit at the university, Ahmed Al-Saraji, confirmed that the workshop aims to develop the capabilities of cultural requirements teachers at Sana'a University in relation to modern teaching methods with a Quranic vision, the mechanism for evaluating them, and the performance of teachers in the field to ensure the improvement of the quality of the courses and the performance of the teacher in general.
In turn, the trainer Dr. Abdullah Al-Khaled pointed out that the workshop includes training teachers on how to prepare, develop and teach the subject of the Arab-Israeli conflict, the nature of the conflict with the Zionist enemy, its dimensions and dangers, and guiding students in confronting this aggression that occupies Palestine and commits brutal massacres against the people of Palestine.
He pointed out that the workshop will address effective teaching methods using Quranic methods and how to confront soft warfare and tasks and responsibilities from the perspective of Quranic culture, in addition to special guidelines for teachers of cultural subjects and university requirements and how to evaluate the performance of teachers of those subjects.
The workshop will cover a number of topics and lectures over three days on the importance of linking the Quranic methodology to reality, how to present the material on the conflict with the Israeli enemy, Islamic culture, and the importance of linking to leadership and methodology.
