KYIV July 24. 2024 (Saba) -The Russian forces have launched a missile strike on a military airport in Nikolayev, where Ukrainian pilots received training, coordinator of clandestine work in south Ukraine said on Wednesday.
Local residents reported a critical strike followed by many blasts in Martinovski Airport, Sergey Libidiv added in remarks carried by RT, as palls of smoke hung over the targeted place and ambulances head to the airport.
While it stated many times that the Russian army exclusively targets facilities used for military purposes, this is the first time the Russian defense ministry claims responsibility for attacks on targets controlled by Kyiv regime.
