IBB July 13 2024 (Saba) - The Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit, under the Ministry of Finance, has delivered 10 hand compressors to districts in Ibb province.
This equipment is part of the support provided for community initiatives under the Program to Support Community Projects.
The unit handed over al-Odain district three compressors and al-Sabra as well, while al-Radhma district received four. These compressors/ Quarry Stone Drilling Machines are intended to bolster local efforts in stone crushing and facilitate road paving initiatives.
Engineer Ahmed bin Nayef, representing the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit, emphasized the unit's commitment to swift project execution and continuous oversight, aligning with directives from Yemeni leadership to foster development across the governorate.
The handover ceremony was attended by the unit's team, community initiative directors, committee heads, members, and local residents.
Additionally, the unit provided 5,715 liters of diesel to support seven community initiatives in al-Sadah district, reflecting its expanded efforts to bolster development projects in Ibb province.
The initiative underscores the unit's ongoing support for 26 cement and diesel initiatives valued at 38,657,000 YER, aiming to address development challenges in targeted areas of the province.
