SANAA July 13. 2024 (Saba) - The Ministry of Finance on Saturday delivered 500 barrels to the Cleaning Fund of Sana'a province for waste collection purposes.
Fahd Attia, the Executive Director of the Fund in the province, highlighted that these barrels will be strategically distributed across key locations within the province center and its districts.
This initiative aims to enhance waste management and cleanliness as part of a broader plan to improve sanitation efforts.
Attia urged citizens to utilize the barrels for proper waste disposal to maintain cleanliness and prevent pollution.
He expressed gratitude for the support of the President of the Supreme Political Council, the Deputy Prime Minister, and the Minister of Finance of the caretaker government in bolstering local efforts to elevate cleanliness standards and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the governorate.
Fathi al-Samawi, the Director of Operations at the Ministry of Finance, affirmed that the distribution of these barrels aligns with the Ministry's commitment to support sanitation funds in various provinces. This support reflects directives from senior government officials to bolster sanitation initiatives nationwide.
