SANA'A July 13. 2024 (Saba) -The Speaker of the Shura Council, Mohamed Hussein Al-Aidarous, met today with the representative of Hamas in the Yemen, Moaz Abu Shamala, the director of the Hamas office, Omar al-Sibakhi, and the movement's political relations officer, Abdul Allah Hadi.
The meeting, in the presence of the Council's Vice President Mohamed Hassan Al-Durra, and members Dr. Mohamed Al-Kibsi, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Mukhtar, Engineer Abdul Salam Al-Nahar, Muhammad Nasser Al-Janad, Abdul Khaliq Al-Mutawakel and Abdul Hamid Al-Dhahyani, reviewed the developments of the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip and the US-British aggression on Yemen.
In the meeting, the Speaker of the Shura Council stressed the steadfastness of the Yemeni position of the leadership, government and people in supporting and supporting the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, whatever the results, until the Zionist aggression, unjust siege and genocide on the Gaza Strip stop.
He pointed out that the Yemeni people, despite the aggression and economic blockade they suffer from the US-led Saudi regime, are still firm in supporting the choices of the revolutionary leadership, and this is embodied in word and deed by the continuous marches and the escalating operations of the armed forces by sea and air.
He noted that the Yemeni people are eager to make more sacrifices and fight the liberation battle against the Zionists, and what prevents them from doing so are the geographical conditions that prevent them from reaching Palestine.
Al-Aidarous praised the qualitative operations carried out by the heroes of the Palestinian resistance against the occupation army and the legendary steadfastness of the besieged in Gaza, which stunned the world.
For his part, the representative of Hamas valued the Yemen's advanced position in support of the Palestinian people and the attention of the Leader of the Revolution, Mr. Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to the smallest details of what is happening in the Gaza Strip and his taking practical decisions on the ground.
He considered that the Yemen's position in harmony with the movements of the axis of resistance has put pressure on the Zionist enemy and forced America to enter into a direct conflict with Yemen in the service of the Zionist entity.
He pointed out that the battle of the Al-Aqsa flood contributed to changes at the level of events in the region and the Palestinian cause and contributed to stopping the expansion of settlements, the Judaization of Jerusalem and the expansion of normalization with the Zionist entity.
He pointed out that the ongoing battle is not like its predecessors, and that it is the decisive in the history of the struggle and the liberation of Palestine, in which the heroes of the resistance and the besieged in Gaza were able to thwart all the enemy's goals, which made him resort to a war of genocide and starvation.
He pointed out that the Zionist enemy, despite entering the tenth month of aggression, was unable to affect the stability and valor of the resistance of the Palestinian factions that abuse the occupation army and inflict heavy losses estimated at about 65 billion dollars.
The meeting was enriched by a number of interventions by the members, which stressed the importance of unifying the media discourse of the countries of the axis of resistance in describing what is happening to the Palestinian people as aggression, war crime and genocide committed by the usurping Zionist entity in clear violation of humanitarian and international law.
