DHAMAR July 10. 2024 (Saba) - The Minister of Justice in the caretaker government, Judge Nabil Al-Azani, inspected today, Wednesday, the judicial work progress in the courts of first instance in Al-Hadda, Jahran, and Douran Anas districts in Dhamar peovince, following the judicial leave.
During the visit, Minister Al-Azani, along with the President of the Dhamar province Court of Appeal, Judge Ibrahim Al-Dharafi, was briefed on work regularity level , litigation procedures, and adherence to implementing the instructions of the Supreme Judicial Council to facilitate litigation procedures, complete cases, and achieve the hopes and aspirations of society in establishing the values of justice, preserving rights, and redressing the oppressed.
The Justice Minister stressed the leadership keenness of the judicial authority to support judicial cadres in the field, to carry out their tasks and raise the level of performance. He urged the judges to redouble their efforts and realize the religious, national and moral responsibility placed on their shoulders in establishing the values of justice and fairness among the members of society.
Minister Al-Azani listened to an explanation from the heads of the courts of first instance in Al-Hadda districts, Judge Ahmed Makharesh, Jahran, Judge Fouad Al-Nahmi, and Douran, Judge Ali Al-Habashi, to an explanation about the discipline level , adjudication of cases, coordination between the courts, prosecution offices, security services, and local authorities to implement judicial rulings , decisions, and the procedures for the process of closing judicial records for the ending judicial year, in addition to the difficulties facing the progress of judicial work.
The heads of the courts appreciated the keenness of the leadership of the judiciary to monitor the conditions of the courts in a way that would contribute to improving performance.
