SANA'A July 10. 2024 (Saba) - Supreme Judicial Council President , Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakkil, and the Secretary-General of the Judicial Council, Judge Saad Hadi, made an inspection visit to the headquarters of the Supreme Court.
During the visit, the President of the Judicial Council met the President of the Supreme Court, Judge Dr. Essam Abdel-Wahab Al-Samawi, a number of heads , members of the court’s departments, and the Secretary-General of the Supreme Court, Judge Abdel-Razzaq Al-Akhali.
They heard from the Supreme Court President an explanation of the progress of work and some of the observations he made about the work of the court and its role in completing citizens’ cases.
Judge Al-Mutawakkil stressed the importance of adhering to time, respecting , applying laws to reality, and monitoring those who violate the justice of the judiciary in order to be held accountable.
He pointed out the necessity of working as a single team in a way that serves justice and helps improve and develop performance, overcome obstacles that limit the tasks , activity of the judicial authority, improve its performance and complete citizen issues in accordance with the procedures and laws regulating that.
Al-Mutawakkil, Al-Samawi, and Hadi praised the discipline , commitment of the heads , members of the chambers, the Cassation Prosecution, and all employees of the Supreme Court.
