SANA'A July 10. 2024 (Saba) -The Ministry of Education on Wednesday held an extensive meeting in Sana'a to inaugurate the academic year 1446 AH and approve its annual plan, under the slogan “Education is everyone’s responsibility, and students are a trust in our hands.”
At the opening of the meeting, Minister of Education in the caretaker government Yahya al-Houthi affirmed the ministry’s keenness and endeavor to advance the educational process in light of the concerted efforts of everyone. Considering education as a national responsibility.
In the meeting, al-Houthi stressed the importance of everyone realizing the responsibility placed on them, along with the necessity of concerted official and unofficial efforts to make the new academic year a success.
He called on everyone to work with great enthusiasm to keep up with the year of victories and clear conquest.
The Minister of Education reviewed the Ministry's efforts to modernize and develop the educational process, including automating tests, despite the challenges, difficulties, and difficult exceptional circumstances resulting from the continued aggression and siege.
He saluted the steadfastness and steadfastness of educators, overcoming the repercussions of the aggression.
The Minister called on the directors of education offices in the governorates to strengthen their efforts, and work to activate the educational method and school activities, and the role of parents’ councils, as well as activate the role of educators in educating and raising awareness of the community.
