TULKARM July 09. 2024 (Saba) - Resistance fighters in Nour Al-Shams camp in Tulkarm, northwest of the occupied West Bank, continue to confront the invading Zionist enemy forces since the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Media reports reported that, in the face of the resistance's continued resistance, the enemy's "army" sent new military reinforcements towards the camp, where its forces opened fire on the houses.
Tulkarm Brigade in Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced that it had targeted enemy forces and vehicles with a heavy barrage of bullets and pre-prepared explosive devices, confirming that direct casualties had been achieved among its ranks.
The battalion also announced that it was able to detonate a high-explosive explosive device prepared in advance in an Israeli military bulldozer, type D-9, on Al-Manshiya Street... indicating that its mujahideen are continuing to clash with the Zionist forces on the battlefields.
It also confirmed that the enemy failed to confront the resistance fighters, so it resorted to punishing the people of the camp by destroying the infrastructure and civilian facilities.
For their part, enemy forces demolished a house in Nour Shams camp and bulldozed a number of streets, after causing major damage to its infrastructure during the dawn hours. The electricity to the camp was completely cut off, coinciding with the incursion and attacks carried out by Israeli forces.
In parallel with its attack on Nour Shams in Tulkarm, a number of Zionist vehicles stormed Anabta town, east of the city, from the Anab checkpoint.
Enemy forces also stormed Jericho city, in the southeast of the West Bank, where they launched a raid campaign that targeted money exchange shops. In Umm Safa village , north of Ramallah, confrontations broke out between the resistance fighters and the invading forces.
Also, the Zionist enemy forces stormed Shuafat camp in occupied Quds.
