OCCUPIED AL-QUDS July 07. 2024 (Saba) - Former Prime Minister of the Zionist entity, Ehud Olmert, called for the overthrow of the current government headed by Benjamin Netanyahu.. stressing the need to end the war on Gaza, after "Hamas managed to survive after nine months of fighting."
Olmert had previously criticized the decision to evacuate settlements in northern occupied Palestine.. stressing that it was "hysterical and stemmed from the panic of Benjamin Netanyahu's government, and its loss of its mind."
In an interview with the Zionist "Channel 12," Olmert saw that the government "does not know what to do, and is unable to make decisions.".. indicating that it is moving without strategic planning and preparation, and without understanding the goals that must be achieved in order to end the war.
In a related context, the American newspaper "Wall Street Journal" quoted a former member of the "Knesset" last Friday as saying: The Zionist security establishment "is coming to an understanding that the potential achievements of continuing the fighting in Gaza are very small, and even negative."
The former member of the "Knesset" and military analyst at the Zionist Institute for National Security Studies, Ofer Shelah, believed that the exchange deal, in addition to its benefits, is also a means to end the war, saying: Time is passing, and the Zionist side knows better than anyone else that time is not working in its favor.
This came after the spokesman for the "Israeli" enemy, Daniel Hagari, announced in the middle of last month that the "army" will not be able to recover all the prisoners in the Gaza Strip through military operations.
