SANA'A July 04. 2024 (Saba) - The regional leadership of the Arab Baath Socialist Party in Yemen on Thursday offered honest condolences for the death of General Khaled Baras, advisor to the Supreme Political Council's chairman and chief of the Southern Movement, who died on Thursday.
The late played national roles in defense of citizen's issues, freedom and dignity, and contributed to opposing the British colonialism, the Baath regional office said in a statement seen by Saba.
General Baras adopted brave stances against the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression suffered by Yemen throughout 9 years, the statement said.
