SANA'A July 3. 2024 (Saba) - Researcher Bassem Mahmoud Ibrahim Al-Sayes received a doctorate from the Business Administration Center for Postgraduate Studies - Sana'a University, for his thesis entitled “The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior”.. A field study at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation.
The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Jamal Dirham Zaid, the dissertation supervisor from the University of Science and Technology - a member, Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Al-Shami, an internal discussant from the University of Sana'a - chairman, and Dr. Abdullah Ali Al-Qurashi - an external examiner from the University of Dhamar - a member.
