TAIZ July 01. 2024 (Saba) - Deputy Governor of Taiz Hamid Abdu along with Director of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority's branch Abdulrahman Mahmoud inaugurated on Monday the electronic collection process at Naqil al-Ibil point in Saber al-Mawadim district and the al-Qaida and Mafarq al-Dhikrah points in al-Ta'iziyah district, which belong to the branch of the authority.
During the inauguration, the Deputy governor explained that the launch of electronic collection is part of the National Vision for Building the State, aimed at facilitating the procedures for resource collection and monitoring.
He stated that electronic collection will help address administrative issues and the inefficiencies arising from the use of manual receipts and payment vouchers.
For his part, the Director of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority's branch in the province emphasized the leadership’s commitment to organizing collection operations in a way that serves the public interest.
The inauguration was attended by Deputy Director of the branch for financial affairs, Salim al-Hajri, along with several department and branch managers, and collection representatives.
