ANKARA June 29. 2024 (Saba) -Turkey announced its intention to launch its satellite (Turksat A6) during the second week of next July, as part of its efforts to achieve the goals of the Turkish space program.

Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Oraloglu said in a statement last night: The Turksat A6 satellite will be launched into space orbit after midnight on July 8.

He added: The moon will be launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral in Florida, USA, and the moon is scheduled to separate from the rocket about half an hour after the launch.
