CAPITALS June 23. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist war on Gaza has entered its 261th day, as the Zionist enemy army continues its genocidal war on Gaza Strip by launching dozens of air strikes and artillery shell, while committing bloody massacres against civilians, and carrying out horrific crimes in the areas of incursion, in an attempt to shed Palestinian blood on the third day of Eid al-Adha.
Today, the brutal Zionist enemy launched bombing operations that claimed lives in various areas of Gaza Strip, the heaviest of which was in Rafah city in the far south of the Strip, which was devastated by the war that has been ongoing for more than eight months.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip announced that the death toll from the bombing by the Zionist enemy forces had risen to 37,372 martyrs and 85,452 injured since the seventh of last October.
The ministry said, in a press statement on Tuesday: “The enemy committed three massacres against families in Gaza Strip, including 25 martyrs and 80 injuries during the past 24 hours.”
It added: “On the 256th day of the ongoing Zionist aggression on Gaza Strip, a number of victims are still under the rubble , on the roads, ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.”
In addition to the victims, most of whom were children and women, the war on Gaza left massive destruction and famine that claimed the lives of dozens, most of them children.
This comes at a time when the coordinator of field hospitals in Gaza Strip, Marwan Al-Hams, described the health situation in the north and south of the Strip as “very catastrophic” in light of the continuing devastating Zionist war on Gaza Strip.
Al-Hams said in press statements on Tuesday: “The health situation is now rapidly deteriorating due to the enemy’s targeting of all government hospitals.”
He explained that Rafah city, which is under a Zionist ground attack, “does not have any hospitals, whether governmental or international field,” with the exception of the International Red Cross Hospital... while Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah in the middle of Gaza Strip is working beyond its capacity, with the reception and emergency department filled with inpatient cases, according to What was stated in his speech.
He stated that the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, some sections of which were restored after it was stormed by enemy forces, is witnessing a large crowding of sick, wounded, and injured cases.
Since the start of the aggression on the seventh of October, the Zionist enemy has deliberately disrupted the health system, by targeting hospitals in Gaza Strip, through direct threats of closure, and then targeting it with direct bombardment, destroying housing departments, operating rooms, the solar energy system, water , diesel stores, drug , medical gas warehouses, transportation, ambulance, and supply vehicles affiliated medical clinic.
In this context, the government media office in Gaza Strip said that the Zionist enemy “insists on putting 2.4 million civilians in Gaza Strip into the tunnel of famine.”
The office added in a press statement: The enemy “thus perpetuates the policy of starvation against children and the sick and preventing the introduction of food , medicine in a dangerous and inhumane manner.”
He explained that "the crime of preventing the entry of aid and food as a tool for political pressure by the enemy has significantly increased the suffering in all provinces of Gaza Strip. Even markets and shops are suffering from a drought of goods and commodities due to preventing their entry 40 days after the complete closure of all crossings."
He stressed that "the specter of famine is now directly threatening the lives of Palestinians, which heralds an increase in the number of deaths due to hunger, especially among children, as 3,500 children are now threatened with death due to malnutrition and the lack of nutritional supplements and vaccinations, which have become prohibited from entering Gaza Strip."
The media office condemned the continued prevention of the entry of aid, food and goods into Gaza Strip. He called on the international community and all countries of the free world to "condemn this crime, which the law classifies as against humanity and in violation of international law."
On the field, today, Tuesday, the Palestinian resistance factions carried out a number of heroic operations against the Zionist enemy’s gatherings and gatherings in the Gaza Strip.
Where Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced the targeting of gatherings of enemy soldiers and their military vehicles in the south of Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah city, as well as the targeting of enemy gatherings with (120 caliber) mortar shells at the Abu Mutaybiq military site, east of the Central Governorate.
In turn, they destroyed Al-Qassam and Mujahideen Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement, the headquarters of the enemy forces in Netzarim, and the forces stationed there with a missile salvo and short-range 114 mm “Rajum” missiles.
Within the framework of cooperation between the various military wings of the Palestinian resistance factions, Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, and Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades bombed the headquarters of the enemy forces stationed in Netzarim, with a barrage of 60 mm mortar shells.
In another joint operation, Al-Quds Brigades, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, and Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees in Palestine, bombed gatherings of enemy soldiers at the occupation’s “Abu Mutaybiq” site, in the eastern Central Governorate.
