HODEIDA June 22. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting in Hodeida Province, headed by Governor Muhammad Ayyash Qahim, discussed today, Saturday, the plan of activities to commemorate the day of Imam Ali’s guardianship, peace be upon him, in a manner befitting its greatness, especially in light of the current repercussions.
The meeting, which included the province’s undersecretary, Muhammad Muhammad Halisi and Ali Kabari, and directors of executive offices, agencies, bodies and government institutions, reviewed the arrangements for organizing the activities of this anniversary and introducing its significance, importance and events related to it.
Governor Qahim explained that the implications of commemorating the activities of this occasion lie in rejecting guardianship and subordination to abroad and following the path drawn by Imam Ali in confronting the enemies of Yemen, Palestine, and the entire nation.
Hodeidah Governor directed the events organizing committee to prepare well and mobilize effectively and honorably for the anniversary of the mandate of Imam Ali, may God bless his face, pointing out that this occasion coincides this year with many developments accompanying the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood and Yemen’s exceptional position in support of the Palestinian people.
