Yemeni Center for Human Rights condemns American-British aggression against Raymah province

SANA'A June 13. 2024 (Saba) - The Yemeni Center for Human Rights condemned the US-British aggression targeting the government complex of Raymah Province and Raymah Radio after midnight on Thursday. As a result, five people were injured, one of them seriously, and the radio building was damaged, according to initial reports.

In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), It denounced the repeated targeting of Yemeni civilian objects by the United States and the United Kingdom in their ongoing aggression against Yemen, warning “against the American-British aggression’s approach to bombing civilian and governmental objects.”

The statement said, "This indicates the coalition's intention to escalate its aggression against Yemen and commit war crimes against civilians."

It warned the American and British leadership against drowning in the quagmire of aggression and crimes targeting the Yemeni people and destabilizing international peace and security in the region and the world.

The Yemeni Center called on the Security Council to take effective steps to stop the economic aggression and end the blockade - in which it is a partner - imposed on the Yemeni people for years by the Saudi-American coalition, and Security Council resolutions that violate international law, which causes the humanitarian catastrophe to worsen and hinders all peace efforts in Yemen".

The Center affirmed, "Continuing its human rights work by monitoring all violations that attack the rights of the Yemeni people guaranteed by religion , national and international laws, as a victory for this steadfast, oppressed people , as an establishment and preparation for the trial of the leaders of the aggression and their prosecution in the national and international judiciary."
