SANA'A June 13. 2024 (Saba) - Students in Sana'a province proudly presented their learnings during the closing ceremonies of this year's summer courses, held under the theme "Education and Jihad."

The events, which took place across the districts of New Sana'a, Sanhan and Bani Bahlol and al Teyal, celebrated the students' achievements and highlighted the importance of these educational initiatives.

Exhibitions and Recognition in New Sana'a

In New Sana'a, students showcased their acquired skills in various fields during a ceremony attended by Qais al-Tal, Director of the General Endowment Office in the capital Sana'a, and other local officials. Top performers and instructors were recognized for their contributions.

Focus on Knowledge and Identity in Sanhan and Bani Bahlol

Separate closing ceremonies were held in the sub-districts of the Great Prophet and the western Sanhan within Sanhan and Bani Bahlol.

Speakers emphasized the role of summer courses in enlightening students and fostering their cultural identity. The events featured poetry recitals, songs, and student recognition.

Equipping Youths in al Teyal

Al Teyal Director Hilal Moaieed praised the positive outcomes of the summer courses, highlighting the well-rounded development of students in academic, cultural, religious, and creative domains. Ahmed Nashwan, Director of Education, encouraged students to persevere in confronting challenges using the knowledge and skills they acquired.

Overall Significance

The closing ceremonies underscored the summer courses' significance in nurturing young minds, safeguarding them from negative ideologies, and empowering them as future builders of Yemen.

The events also exemplified successful collaboration between local authorities and community members in organizing these educational programs.

With a high turnout of students, the summer courses proved to be a valuable learning experience for the youth of Sana'a province.
