RABAT June 10. 2024 (Saba) - Thousands of Moroccans have taken to the streets in the coastal city of Mohammadiyah in western Morocco, standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people and expressing their support, while demanding an end to the "genocide" in the Gaza Strip, particularly in the aftermath of Nuseirat camp massacre.
Organized by the "Moroccan Front in Support of Palestine and Against Normalization," the demonstration saw participants chanting slogans calling for the protection of civilians in Gaza and the urgent delivery of aid to those trapped in the besieged enclave.
During the vigil, protestors vehemently denounced the "massacre committed by the Zionist enemy army in Nuseirat camp" and condemned other acts of violence targeting Palestinians.
The Zionist enemy's assault on Nuseirat refugee camp in Gaza on Saturday resulted in the tragic loss of over 270 Palestinian lives and left approximately 700 others wounded, as reported by health authorities in the Gaza Strip.
Facing accusations of "genocide" before the International Court of Justice, Tel Aviv received a stern directive in the court's recent ruling, ordering an immediate cessation of operations in the southern city of Rafah.
Rafah served as a sanctuary for over a million Palestinians fleeing the war before its invasion on May 6th.
