DONETSK June 09. 2024 (Saba) - Donetsk authorities on Sunday said Ukrainian forces bombarded Donetsk territory 49 times over the last 24 hours, firing 119 projectiles of various calibers.
Sputnik quoted the Donetsk representation at the Joint Monitoring and Coordination Center as saying in a statement on Telegram: "In the last 24 hours, the representation recorded 49 cases of shelling by Ukrainian forces, 45 of them on the Donetsk axis, three on the Gorlovka axis and one case of shelling on the Volnovakha axis."
The statement indicated that Ukrainian forces fired a total of 119 projectiles of various calibers, and according to the representative office, information was received about the injury of six civilians.
The previous day, 23 cases of shelling by Ukrainian armed formations were recorded.
