SANA'A May 21. 2024 (Saba) - The Qatari leadership of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Qatar, Yemen expressed its sincere condolences and great sympathy on the martyrdom of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and a number of officials in the presidential helicopter crash.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the party's Qatari leadership affirmed its support for the Iranian people and their political leadership in these difficult moments, and the great confidence in the ability of the Iranian people to face the consequences of this incident and continue to play their role in confronting the forces of global arrogance and Zionist and American imperialist projects.
The statement referred to the humanitarian and moral stances of the late Iranian president in support of the oppressed, especially in support of the Palestinian people and the peoples of the axis of resistance in Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq, and confronting global arrogance projects and American and Zionist projects in the region.
