WASHINGTON May 12. 2024 (Saba) - Johns Hopkins University reached an agreement on Sunday with the students protesting in solidarity with the Palestinian people and demanding to cut relations with the Zionist entity.

The students protesting at Johns Hopkins University said that they had reached an agreement with the university administration to end their sit-in and camps in exchange for the university's commitment to withdraw investments from the Zionist entity.

Al-Jazeera news channel said that student demonstrators at Johns Hopkins University agreed with its administration to disperse the sit-in in exchange for accelerating the severance of its relations with the Zionist entity.

A wave of protests against the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip has swept a number of American universities since last April, while US police are trying to break up sit-ins inside university buildings controlled by students.
