SA'ADA May 08. 2024 (Saba) - An expanded meeting in Sa'ada province, headed by the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakkil, discussed the progress of judicial work in the province.
The meeting, which included the Attorney General, Judge Dr. Muhammad Al-Dailami, the President of the Court of Appeal, Judge Abdullah Al-Dailami, and the Prosecution, Judge Ibrahim Jahez, touched on work needs, the level of judicial achievement, and the extent of benefiting from networking.
At the meeting, Judge Al-Mutawakkil stressed the speedy completion of cases held by prisoners and the moving of stalled cases.
For his part, the Public Prosecutor stressed the keenness to improve the prosecution’s performance, unify efforts and organize them institutionally, and correct the procedural path, pointing to the importance of finding solutions to the deficit in the judicial , administrative staff, maintaining and rehabilitating judicial headquarters.
While the presidents of the court and the prosecution touched upon the efforts made to complete cases and achieve justice, stressing the importance of everyone’s combined efforts to improve performance , speed up completion and adjudication of cases.
The President of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Public Prosecutor were briefed on the progress of work in the Sa'ada and Majz courts , prosecutors, they listened to citizens’ complaints and directed them to be addressed.
