SANA'A May 04. 2024 (Saba) - An expanded meeting in Sana'a province, headed today,Saturday, by the Governor, Abdul Basit Al-Hadi, discussed the tasks of the committee charged by the Ministry of Local Administration to evaluate and develop work in revenue , service offices and mechanisms to enhance financial resources.
The meeting, which included the Secretary-General of the Local Council, Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani, the First Undersecretary of the province, Hamid Assem, and the Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Local Administration for the Financial Resources Sector, Mansour Al-Lakoumi, the Governor for Financial Affairs, Muhammad Ali Jamil, and Financial Resources, Hassan Mufa, reviewed the tasks of the committee and its supervisory role over the activities and tasks of the service and revenue executive offices.
The meeting touched on the level of achievement, the most prominent difficulties facing work and ways to address them in a way that enables the concerned offices to improve performance and enhance financial resources in the province.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Local Administration indicated that the committee’s field trip plan to the executive offices and directorates comes within the framework of implementing the ministry’s oversight tasks over the administrative units in the provinces, pointing out the importance of cooperating with the committee and providing it with the required data to match it with reality, with the aim of identifying the gap and beginning to address its causes.
